Virginia Norvell

Virginia (Ginna) Norvell- Executive Vice President Virginia Norvell, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Dexios, has a rich background in sales, marketing, and business development. Ginna serves on the Young Professional Committee for the RBMA and the Publications Committee for the HBMA, and is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, underscoring her dedication to professional development and industry engagement. She contributes to the HBMA and RBMA by authoring articles and participating in webinars. She received her B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Leadership and Biology from Christopher Newport University in 2015 and her MBA in Healthcare Management from Capella University. Since joining Dexios in May 2020, Ginna has played a pivotal role in growing Dexios' business and providing oversight to its human resources department. Before joining Dexios, Ginna was a Global Sales Executive at Cvent, where she excelled in selling business transient solutions to enterprise companies. During her time at Cvent, she was nominated as a top employee out of 4,000 as a Global Sales Executive for Cvent and frequently spoke at industry events.
